Prepare, store, understand
Everything to know once you have picked your kit: how to prepare a vial, how to store it, and what is in the parcel.
From vial to solution
- 01
Let it reach room temperature
Take the vial and the bacteriostatic water out of the fridge and wait a few minutes before opening anything.
- 02
Add water down the inside wall
Slowly, never straight onto the powder. Swirl gently until the solution is clear. Do not shake.
- 03
Keep it cold
Refrigerate at 2 to 8 °C after reconstitution and do not freeze the solution. Sealed vials keep for months refrigerated.
For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.

Practical questions
All questionsHow should vials be stored?
Lyophilised vials: refrigerate at 2 to 8 °C, away from light. For long-term storage, minus 20 °C is recommended. After reconstitution, keep refrigerated and use within the period appropriate for the compound.
What are the product codes?
Every strength has a short catalogue code, for example RT30 for Retatrutide 30 mg. You can search by code directly, and codes appear on the label, in the cart and on your order confirmation.
How is purity documented?
Compounds are supplied with a supplier certificate of analysis stating 99% purity or above. Certificates are listed on the documentation page as they are made available.
What does “kit of 10 vials” mean?
Each product is sold as a box of 10 lyophilised (freeze-dried) vials of the strength you select. The strength shown is per vial.
Are these products for human use?
No. All products are sold for laboratory research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
